Every writer needs to find inspiration in order to produce inspired writing. And sometimes, it can come from the unlikeliest sources. This is one of my favorites, of course. Aside from this blog, there are dozens of great blogs on writing and every topic under the sun. I like to read about what works for others — it inspires me to action! Maybe my favorite overall. I read writers I love read about my current loves and then I steal from them, analyze their writing, get inspired by their greatness.
If you normally read just a couple of your favorite authors, try branching out into something different. You just might find new inspiration. Overheard dialog. I love hearing other people have conversations. If you happen to overhear a snippet of interesting dialog, jot it down in your writing journal as soon as possible. Get the rough draft done, listening only to your own intuition. Find your joy If you let it, writing can make you miserable. We burn out. It sounds silly. If you can dream it, you can become it. Write, because you genuinely enjoy it. Write, because you want to earn good money from it.
Write, because you have something to say. No whining. No postponing. NO excuses. Look, we all face this problem — tweaking our words as we write, for the sole reason of impressing our readers.

The works of other writers can inspire us much. I have trouble believing you are ever stuck with your writing! And if I end with a crazy bunch of ideas which might happen listed at the end of my WIP, the next day is that much easier. I love the times when I have a pivotal or emotional scene to write as the words do just flow from my fingertips. That takes some thinking. Again, kudos to you for an excellent post! Believe me, I stuck with my writing quite often And that was the reason and my source of inspiration for this guest post. Now I have 20 things for inspiration, I use some of them myself, and I hope this list will be helpful for other writers as well. For my blog, I do a pencil drawing then use it to inspire what I write.
Books and Journals — The Richness of Information You can read dozens of newspaper stories, but it is books and journals that bring the greatest inspiration. Free writing will help you unleash your creativity and cover all the topics that have been interesting to you. Besides, if you meet the problem of idea generation, you will be able just take some thoughts from this book and use them. By far my favorite is looking at something green or blue.
